Quintus Resorts is a vacation ownership, hospitality and real estate development company with resorts located in Kauai, Hawaii and in Genoa, Nevada, which is located 15-minutes from the Heavenly Ski Resort at Lake Tahoe.

At its resorts, the Company operates hotel rental businesses, a full service spa, restaurants and a deli, along with sponsoring banquets and meetings.

The Company actively markets and sells timeshare intervals (weeks) at its resorts. A portion of the Company's marketing activities are conducted at the Company's telemarketing center located in Reno, NV.

The Company is currently developing timeshare units and amenities at its Nevada Resort (84 units completed, 136 remaining to be built), and has completed renovating 85 condominium units at its Hawaii property. The Nevada resort is selling units as they are constructed, and Hawaii is nearly sold out.

The Company actively manages its note receivable portfolio (from timeshare purchasers), which has a very low default rate by industry standards.

Hanalei Bay Resort
	The resort looks out over the beautiful, lush Hanalei Bay, which affords some of the most spectacular sunsets in the Hawaiian Islands. The surrounding Princeville resort offers 54-holes of golf, with the Prince Course providing one of the most challenging golf experiences in Hawaii. Horseback riding, kayaking, helicopter tours and shopping are all within a short distance.
David Walley's Resort
	Quintus has plans to develop approximately 220 time-share units on the site. Construction is proceeding in phases. The first three buildings aggregating 84-units have been completed and are virtually sold out. The site plan also includes walking trails, numerous water features, a golf putting course and additional hot tubs and mineral baths. The resort is "themed" towards nature and fitness/health.
